How long does it take for an On-Site Job to commence?

Within 24hrs of job confirmation & payment received. But you are strongly advised to make a booking 3-5 days in advance.

Do I need to clean the space (Residential / Commercial) before the start of the Job?

To ensure full coverage of areas, you are strongly encouraged to clean the surfaces that have dust & food produces / waste. Clear the area & keep it tidy.

Do I need to vacate the premises when services are being done?

NO. All products/chemicals are non–toxic and safe for humans & pets when inhaled. It is recommended to vacate your premises in order for our ground staffs to perform their tasks efficiently.

How long does it take for the Anti Microbial coating to take effect?

How do I need to maintain the space once Coating & Misting service has been done?

You may continue to clean your premises as per normal with household products. Using any alcohol products will not remove the protected layers of AntiMicrobial coating solution

Can I use alcohol, bleach or strong chemical cleaners to wipe the disinfected surfaces?

Alcohol or any strong chemical cleaners will eliminate the effectiveness of Virobusters Surface Defender, leaving it exposed to viruses, bacteria and mould to infect the surface. Therefore, we do not recommend using it after application of our disinfectant. Instead, use a mild detergent or warm water to clean the affected surfaces.

Is the chemical safe to be used on furniture’s, leather, household fabric?

It is environmentally-friendly, non-alcoholic, non-flammable, non-leaching and non-corrosive. It can be applied onto porous and non-porous surfaces.

What is the advantage of taking up Horizon Meditech Antimicrobial coating and/or misting service?

As our product and Antimicrobial coating is not a basic “One-Time off” product. Horizon Meditech helps to eliminate the risk of infection around the clock 24 hours / 7 days a week. Our product also last for 6months.
